„The organizer reserves the right for the organizing and security services to inspect your bags/luggage and decide whether you will be allowed to enter the venue.

You will not be allowed to enter the venue if you are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Prohibited items include:

• Dogs and any other animals.
• Any drugs.
• Any weapons.
• Perfume bottles over 100 ml.
• Hookahs.
• Umbrellas and other dangerous items.
• Other dangerous objects.
• Personal food and drinks (except with a doctor’s note for special dietary needs). If you have your own food and drinks in your bag, you will be asked to consume them before entering the venue.“

Terms and Conditions

• Paid admission is non-refundable, and tickets are non-exchangeable.
• Consumption of alcohol and other intoxicating substances is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age throughout the event.
• Children under 3 years of age have free admission to the show. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult to attend the festival or concert.
• Lost tickets are not replaceable.
• Keep your ticket in a safe place.
• Counterfeiting tickets is a criminal offense.
• Any modifications to the ticket render it invalid.
• The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity or validity of tickets purchased outside the official presale.
• The organizer is not responsible for any issues caused by unauthorized use or copying of the ticket.
• If the ticket holder allows the ticket to be copied, entry will only be granted to the person who arrives with the identical ticket first.
• Ticket holders are required to comply with the rules set by the event organizer.
• Changes to the program and performers are reserved.
• By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue/space of the concert or other events organized by us, visitors consent to the taking of photographs and video recordings of themselves.
• These photographs and video recordings may be used by the organizer, MOD Agency, represented by ONDŘEJ DAVID, with a registered office in BRNO-BOHUNICE, UKRAJINSKÁ 33, 62500, ID: 08565929, for any advertising, promotional, and other purposes, free of charge.
• In case of event cancellation, please contact GoOut.
• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being contacted for marketing purposes.
• For dogs and other pets, the noisy festival environment is stressful. For their health and the safety of visitors, animals will not be allowed in the venue or camping area. It is better to leave them in the comfort of your home.
