Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and to the Competition Terms
Yes, I agree to the terms of the competition, which I have read in accordance with the statute (link to the statute), and to the processing of the personal data provided – first name, last name, email address, place of origin, and age – for the purpose of my participation in the competition “Krampus Show Draw” and its evaluation by the controller MOD Agency s.r.o., Ukrajinská 552/33, Brno Bohunice 62500. I acknowledge that consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the competition is a condition for participation; in the event of withdrawal of consent, participation in the competition will be terminated immediately.
Requests for access to data, their correction, transfer or deletion, or for restriction of processing, may be addressed to the operator at: info@krampusbrno.cz. If you believe that your data is being processed in violation of legal regulations, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

I agree to the processing of the provided personal data – first name, last name, email address, place of origin, and age – for the purpose of sending advertising and marketing information related to the products of MOD Agency s.r.o., Ukrajinská 552/33, Brno Bohunice 62500, ID No. 23903953, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C 148051/KSBR, for a period of 5 years or until earlier withdrawal of consent.
